What will you do?
Do you have a real passion for the hospitality industry and are you looking for a fun team?
We are looking for an atmospheric and cooperative business manager! We are looking for you if you are a hands on manager. You are loyal, have a good sense of humor and are able to combine professionalism with sociability, both towards the customers and towards your employees. Your people skills and empathy are spot on. You know how to lead and deal with customers and your team.
As a business manager at Lupi Coffee, you are responsible for the operation and managing the employees of Lupi. You instruct, motivate and monitor your employees of the day where necessary so that our customers are satisfied and stay satisfied. You collaborate and therefore have a good overview of the whole. You see bottlenecks and resolve them. You are the pivot that makes everything run smoothly and makes our customers want to come back again! In addition, you will be responsible for staff schedules, handle cash, keep it in order, and monitor inventory and orders. You are the first point of contact for the staff and you monitor the concept of Lupi Coffee.
What we expect from you:
- You have experience in leadership in the hospitality industry
- You do not have a 9 to 5 mentality and you are willing to work in shifts and weekend shifts

- An employment contract for the duration of six months with the prospect of an indefinite contract if it performs well;

Full job description

What will you do?
As a barista, you are a coffee specialist and you radiate that in our real Italian espresso bar Lupi Coffee. Making coffee is an art and you do it with love, passion and precision. This love the customers can see, feel but most importantly puff. As a barista at Lupi, you will prepare high quality coffee beverages. A large part of your duties will be focused on preparing coffees and serving customers. From grinding coffee beans and frothing milk to handling payments. In addition, the barista is also responsible for keeping the work area and equipment in order and clean.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Preparing quality coffee and other hot/cold drinks;
- Advising customers on the different varieties of coffee, other beverages/food and Lupi’s items;
- Taking orders;
- Handling payments;
- Keeping the workplace clean and tidy;
- Cleaning the equipment.
What do we expect from you?
